We're here to make your life easier. No-one wants to be chasing their suppliers for information on how things are going, nor do you want any nasty surprises when it comes to hidden extras that affect the price.

That's why we'll assign you to a dedicated Client Manager when we start working together. Your Client Manager will keep you up-to-date with how your project is progressing, providing that information at stages that work for you. You'll be able to contact them with any questions or problems, secure in the knowledge that you will get a prompt response.

The personal touch

Whether we are working with you on a small project or you want us to handle all of your multi-lingual operations, you'll have a real person available to help you at every step of the way – no faceless emails or calls to help desks. Just a single point of contact, who will have all the information about your project at their fingertips.

Multiple or single language operations?

We can also make sure that you are happy with which office we are running your project from. Multi-lingual projects are directed from our London office, the hub of our international network, while single language operations are usually managed within that country – making things more straightforward for you. However, we do have the capacity to manage multi-lingual operations from our offices in Scandinavia and Central Europe – just tell us what works best for you!
