Danish and Swedish in-house translators/subtitlers based in the UK

Europe's largest subtitling company, Broadcast Text International, is looking for UK-based Scandinavian translators to meet the demands of our ever-expanding business.

Enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals are required for positions as in-house Danish or Swedish Translators/Subtitlers. The roles will involve translating audiovisual material into Danish or Swedish for major international broadcasters. We are looking for language and translation graduates, or people with a background in translation, with fluent English and a native-level proficiency in the target language. Proofreading or translation experience is essential, as are an eye for detail and good time management. For the right candidates there will be a regular supply of work subtitling a variety of film, television and other video material.

Full training in subtitling will be provided.
