Carlo

  1. Who are you?

    Carlo DeCianti.
  2. At which office do you work?

    The London office.
  3. What is your function?

    Senior Sales Executive.
  4. What languages do you speak?

English, a dribble of Spanish and a lot of nonsense... or at least that's what my mum always said.
  5. What are your hobbies?

Travel, food, wine and sailing… oh and did I mention anything to do with food... and wine and travel? Don’t get me started, I can talk about these for hours.
  6. What is the best project you've worked on?

I worked in Monaco on Fashion Rocks for the Prince’s Trust. A charity event fashion show and concert that is broadcast internationally. A great event, being in Monaco, back stage, working with some world famous legends.
  7. If you could work on/translate any program or movie, what would it be?

24 – I reckon I'd get so caught up in the action I’d be living the role and become super fast on the subtitles. And it would be great fun to watch them all again too!
  8. What is your specialist subject, what do you know most about?

Travel. I love to travel, it's one of my biggest passions in life. Plus it's a great time to try out new foods and *erhem*, wines. I left home at 19 to see the world and haven't stopped since. I'm about to hit my 50th country, 6th continent. Last stop... Antarctica.
  9. What one thing do you do better than anyone else?

Wind up my little niece. I wonder if she’ll ever forgive me for eating her Yorkshire puddings?
  10. What's your favourite joke?

    I'm not great at remembering jokes but for legal reasons lets keep it clean;
"If a turtle doesn’t have a shell, is it naked or homeless?"
  11. What is your karaoke song of choice?

    Sweet Caroline, Neil Diamond.
Too many misspent nights living and working in Las Vegas, singing bad Karaoke… ah the memories. (I know you’re already humming it right now!)
  12. If you had to be stuck on a train with a celebrity, who would you like it to be?

Jack Bauer aka Kiefer Sutherland... we wouldn't be stuck for long.
  13. What is the best thing about working for BTI?

The people!! And the rooftop barbeques at sunset.
