Spotlight on Suzanne

Suzanne

  1. Who are you?

    Suzanne Vosshard.
  2. At which office do you work?

    BTI Amsterdam.
  3. What is your function?

    Client Manager.
  4. What languages do you speak?

    Dutch and English.
  5. What are your hobbies?

Travelling, reading and having dinner with friends.
  6. What is the best project you've worked on?

That would be Jetman, a 90 minute almost-live show from Nat Geo. It was not so much the topic of the programme, but more the relief after it was completed. There was some great teamwork, we all had a well-deserved beer as it went on air.
  7. If you could work on/translate any program or movie, what would it be?

Anything that’s challenging and that you can look back on afterwards and say: we did it!
  8. What is your specialist subject, what do you know most about?

Of course I would like to say it’s rocket science but I’ll have to be honest. It’s fashion.
  9. What one thing do you do better than anyone else?

Since I am a control freak, I’d like to think that I do everything better. I am not sure if people around me would agree though.
  10. What’s your favourite joke?

I am the worst at telling jokes. I usually start out with the punch line – so I won’t even bother.
  11. What is your karaoke song of choice?

    Gimme, gimme, gimme from ABBA.
  12. How many friends have you got on Facebook (or equivalent)?

    60.
  13. If you had to be stuck on a train with a celebrity, who would you like it to be?

That’s a tricky one, the first name that popped in to my head was George Clooney, but then nothing would come out of my mouth. It would have to be Nelson Mandela, my admiration for him grew even more when I visited Robben Island.
  14. How many days do you dare to keep milk past its due date?

I am a control freak, so I won’t even drink it a day before the due date.
  15. What is the best thing about working for BTI?

I have only been in the office for two months now but I would have to say it’s the people. Everybody in the office is very dedicated and highly professional. I also very much appreciate the informal work environment.
