Bergman week in Sweden

Ingmar Bergman is arguably the biggest name of all time in the Swedish film industry. His work continues to inspire film makers around the world.

BTI Stockholm was honoured to get the opportunity to subtitle his first ever documentary, Fårödokument (1969), from Swedish to English. Strangely, the rare documentary has never before been translated.

The documentary will be shown to an international audience during the Bergman Week at the Bergman Center.

The Bergman Center on the island of Fårö is a foundation and a meeting place with focus on Ingmar Bergman’s oeuvre and on Fårö as his artistic base.
